About

About Regentis

Regentis is an enterprise software platform that lets any team build its own AI agents without code, and gives engineering leaders the numbers on what AI and engineering return. We sell to companies where engineering is one of the largest lines in the budget and AI is being adopted faster than it is being measured. The platform is hosted by us, or runs on your own infrastructure for enterprise customers.

Regentis is a software company. We are not related to Regentis Biomaterials, the regenerative-medicine company.

What Regentis does

Agent Studio

A no-code builder for AI agents. A team picks what starts the agent, an email, a schedule, a chat mention, an API call or an event in another system, connects the data it may read, adds a model or tool step, and chooses where the result goes. IT decides which systems agents may reach, who may publish, and where data stays. Legal, finance, compliance, customer service, IT and operations teams run their own agents in production without a ticket to a platform group.

AI Impact

Answers six questions an engineering leader asks about AI, from the organization's own delivery data: are we using what we pay for, are we shipping more, did quality and flow hold, are we building more of the right things, is it worth the money, and is AI the reason. Every answer says how sure it is. We do not claim a dollar return on AI without a control group, because no system can.

IndEx

Individual Experience, read through short surveys on a rolling schedule. It scores each driver of developer experience by team against a benchmark, so leaders hear about trouble from the data before they hear about it in a resignation. The team is the smallest unit. No individual is scored.

Financial Intelligence

Puts engineering in financial terms. Each contributor carries a cost rate and each hour of work is classified from the issue tracker and repositories, so you see what engineering costs by team and by type of work, what each tool costs with its seats and renewals, and which work can be capitalized. CapEx and OpEx are classified from the work itself, reviewed where the classifier is unsure, locked month by month, and reported as PDF and XLSX. It covers the engineering organization only.

What makes Regentis different

The comparisons below quote each competitor's own public page, as read in September 2026.

One platform builds the agents and measures what they return

Agent builders such as StackAI, Gumloop and Dust build agents and stop there. Measurement platforms such as Jellyfish, DX and Swarmia measure engineering and do not build agents. Regentis does both, so the team that builds an agent and the leader who has to account for AI spend look at the same system.

We do not claim a dollar return on AI

Jellyfish calls itself “the only platform measuring AI's true ROI”. DX's page says “prove AI ROI, continuously”. Swarmia promises to show “exactly what your AI investment is buying you”. Regentis shows AI spend, what changed in output, quality and the work mix, and how sure each answer is. It does not print “AI saved you $X”, because without a control group nobody can say that honestly.

Teams are the smallest unit

Waydev's page offers to “comprehensively assess team and individual performance”. Regentis scores nothing per individual, on any product. Throughput carries no targets and is always shown next to the quality and experience numbers that counterbalance it.

People cost and tool cost in one place

Engineering-intelligence tools such as Jellyfish and Swarmia price people's effort. SaaS-management tools such as Zylo and Torii price the tools. Financial Intelligence does both for the engineering organization: cost rates and classified work on one side, contracts, seats and renewals on the other, and one CapEx / OpEx classification over the work.

Hosted by us, or on your infrastructure

Lindy, Zapier Agents, Gumloop, Dust and Relevance AI are cloud only. Regentis runs as a hosted service for everyone and, for enterprise customers, inside their own environment behind their own network controls, with every product available either way.

Frequently asked questions

Is Regentis related to Regentis Biomaterials?

No. Regentis is a software company. Regentis Biomaterials is a regenerative-medicine company, and the two have nothing to do with each other.

Does Regentis score individual developers?

No. The team is the smallest unit on every product. Throughput has no targets and is always shown next to quality and experience.

Does Regentis tell me how much money AI saved?

No. AI Impact shows AI spend, what changed in output, quality and the work mix, and how sure each answer is. A dollar return would need a control group, and we will not print one without it.

Do I need to write code to build an agent?

No. Agent Studio is a no-code builder. The Coding step is a model specialised for code tasks; the person building the agent writes none.

Can Regentis run inside our own environment?

Yes, on the enterprise plan. Self-hosted Regentis runs in your own environment, behind your own network controls, with every product available. Everyone else uses the hosted service.

Where does the people cost in Financial Intelligence come from?

Each contributor carries a cost rate, set by integration, entered by hand, or uploaded as a CSV. Every hour of work is classified from your issue tracker and repositories. There are no timesheets.

Does Financial Intelligence cover teams outside engineering?

No. It covers the engineering organization only. Agent Studio is for any team in the company.

Is pricing public?

Not yet. Pricing is discussed on the demo call, which you can book at cal.com/regentis.

How do I get started?

Sign up and connect your systems yourself; onboarding is self-service. Enterprise teams get help from us with the setup. Either way, a thirty-minute demo is the fastest way to see the platform on your own data.
