4. AI and machine learning

Some Regentis capabilities use AI and machine-learning models to analyze data, summarize trends or generate content. You may opt out of AI-generated enhancements by emailing [email protected].

5. Website analytics and session replay

On our website, regentis.ai, we use Microsoft Clarity and Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use the site, so that we can improve it.

• Microsoft Clarity: We partner with Microsoft Clarity and Microsoft Advertising to capture how you use and interact with our website through behavioral metrics, heatmaps, and session replay to improve and market our products and services. Session replay records the pages you view and your clicks, taps, scrolling and mouse movements on them. Website usage data is captured using first and third-party cookies and other tracking technologies to determine the popularity of products and services and online activity. Additionally, we use this information for site optimization, fraud and security purposes, and advertising. • Google Analytics: measures visits, the pages viewed and the buttons clicked, using first-party cookies. Google describes its use of this data in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services.
• Visitor identifier: on your first visit, the website stores an identifier in a cookie and in your browser’s local storage. It is generated at random, not derived from your name, email address or any other detail about you. The cookie is shared with our app at go.regentis.ai. We send the identifier to Microsoft Clarity and Google Analytics so that later visits from the same browser, on the website and in the app, are recognized as the same visitor.
• Your choices: you can delete the cookies and the visitor identifier at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser, and block them in your browser settings or with a content blocker. Google offers a browser add-on to opt out of Google Analytics.

6. Your choices and controls

• Update your profile and preferences in your account settings.
• Opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link, or contact [email protected].
• Manage cookie preferences in your browser settings.
• Use platform-specific opt-outs for third-party interest-based advertising.
